"Vince stresses that we must give every customer a 110 % effort when we are dealing with their freight and to have customers praise your customer service as being excellent it makes you feel proud that you have the people to push you to be that person that the customer is talking about. Hearing the customer’s excitement when you cover a last minute load or when you get a truck loaded at a warehouse that will not budge for anyone, gives me a sense of satisfaction that I’m doing my job to the best of my ability."
